1 Hour Fire-Rated Wall & Ceiling Access Panels

 Our fire-rated access panels are fully tested to meet UK Building Regulations, with certification in accordance with EN 1364-2.

Smoke Protection as Standard
Each panel is fitted with a tested high-density smoke seal, designed to limit smoke transfer in real fire conditions — a key requirement on many modern projects. Suitable for use as flue inspection hatches in line with UK Part J regulations.

Robust Fire-Rated Construction
Manufactured from 1mm Zintec steel, the panels incorporate a reinforced hinge system for added stability during fire exposure. A recessed fire board is integrated within the door leaf, maintaining a clear and accessible opening.

Durable Finish
Polyester powder-coated for a hard-wearing finish, offering resistance to corrosion, abrasion and chemical exposure.

Versatile Application
Suitable for wall and ceiling installations across residential, commercial, retail and education projects. A range of locking options is available to suit access requirements.
